Apple Pay Later is no longer offering new loans for purchases with Apple Pay. With iOS 18, the Apple Pay Later card was removed from the Wallet app.
Get help with your Apple Pay Later loan or purchase
For help with an Apple Pay Later loan or purchase, you will need to mail in a detailed request of the support you need.
How to request support
To request Apple Pay Later support, mail your request to:

What to include in your request
When you mail in your request, include the following information:
Contact information such as your Apple Account, email address, and phone number
Your Apple Pay Later Loan ID
Thorough details about your request
Get a copy of your Apple Pay Later data
Download a copy of your Apple Pay Later data from privacy.apple.com.
Go to privacy.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple Account.
Click or tap “Request a copy of your data”.
Scroll down and check the box next to Apple Pay Later, then click or tap Continue.
Review the selection and click or tap “Complete request”.
Once your request is ready for download, you will be able to access a folder of the Apple Pay Later data associated with your Apple Account. This will include account information such as prior loans, loan amount, and the associated merchant.
