Apple Limited Warranty coverage

Our Limited Warranty covers your Nike + iPod product and Apple-branded accessories against defects up to one year from the date you bought them. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.

Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. You can check the warranty status online for your Nike + iPod receiver and update your proof-of-purchase information if there's an error in our records. We may need to see your sales receipt to verify your sensor’s warranty status.

Out-of-warranty service

Repairs are considered out of warranty when:

  • Your Nike+ iPod receiver or sensor is over one year old
  • Your product has an issue that’s not covered under warranty, like accidental damage caused by unauthorized modifications

If your Nike + iPod product isn’t covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty, we might be able to repair or replace it for an out-of-warranty fee.  You might have additional rights under consumer law.

We guarantee our service for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty, whichever is longer. You might have additional rights under consumer law. We offer this coverage whenever you get service from us or from an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
