Reorder slides in Keynote for iCloud
You can reorder slides to change when they appear in your presentation.
Move a slide to a new location: Drag a slide (or the topmost slide in a closed group of slides) up or down in the slide navigator.
If the location where you want to place the slide is beyond the edge of the window, continue dragging the slides in the direction you want; the list of slides scrolls as you drag.
