
Find and replace text in Keynote for iCloud
You can search your presentation for a particular word or phrase, and optionally replace the found text with new text.
- Click the View button  in the toolbar, then choose Show Find & Replace. in the toolbar, then choose Show Find & Replace.- Note: In a shared presentation set to View Only, click the Find button  in the toolbar. You can search for, but not replace, a word or phrase. in the toolbar. You can search for, but not replace, a word or phrase.
- Enter a word or phrase you want to find in the Find field. 
- To refine your search, click the Settings button  next to the search field, then choose an option: next to the search field, then choose an option:- Match Case: Finds words matching the capitalization of the text you typed. 
- Whole Words: Restricts search results to whole words. - For example, searching for under with Whole Words selected won’t find the word underline. 
- Find & Replace: Replaces found text with new text you enter in the Replace field. 
 
- Click the arrows to select the next or previous instance of text that matches your search. 
- When you find text you want to change, do any of the following: - Replace the selected text: Click Replace. - If you left the Replace field blank, the selected text is deleted. 
- Replace the selected text with new text: Enter new text in the Replace field, then click Replace. 
 
- When you’re finished, click Done or press the Esc (Escape) key on your keyboard.
