Safari for macOS Sierra: Manage cookies and website data using Safari
Sep 6, 2017 Websites often store cookies and other data on your Mac. This data may include information that you have provided, such as your name, email address, and preferences. This data helps websites identify you when you return so the site can provide services for you and show information that might be of interest to you. Q: Cannot remove cookies since Sierra update?
Aug 24, 2017I have been unable to remove cookies since updating to Sierra, even after the latest 10.12.2 update. My method beforehand was to Allow Cookies only from websites I visit, then I would manually erase my history and then cookies (command ,) in the Privacy -->Manage Website Data. This no longer works, and the cookies listed in the Manager will not erase after I try removing them manually. I have also erased my cache, and I still cannot remove the offending cookies.
