Preview 5.x: Fill out a PDF form

Some PDF documents are forms you can fill out and then print out or send to someone.
- Click Show Edit Toolbar and click Text in the toolbar.
- Click a field on the form.
The pointer becomes an I-beam or pointing hand when it’s over a field you can edit.
- Type your text in the field.
If you save the form (by choosing File > Export), you can open it again and continue to fill it out.
