Photo Booth 4.x: If a Photo Booth image with a video backdrop doesn’t look right

For example, it may appear that your body has a “hole” in it where the backdrop shows through.
When creating an image with a video backdrop, make sure:

Your location is well-lit.

The camera isn’t moved. If you’re using the camera that’s built into a portable computer, place the computer on a stationary surface.

The background behind you is uniform in color and doesn’t move. (You may want to photograph yourself in front of a bare wall or curtain.)

The colors in the background are different from the colors in your clothing, hair, and skin tone.

The background contains no reflective surfaces, such as mirrors or shiny objects.
