iCloud: Archive your contacts
To create an archive (copy) of your iCloud contacts, you can use Contacts on your Mac and Microsoft Outlook on your Windows computer. Your computer must have the iCloud Contacts feature set up.
Using Contacts on a Mac: Click All Contacts at the top of the Groups list, select all the contacts in the group, then choose File > Export > Export vCard.
To include groups in the archive file, choose File > Export > Contacts Archive.
Contacts creates a single vCard containing all your contacts.
Using Microsoft Outlook 2016 or earlier on a Windows computer: For instructions, open Outlook Help and search for “export.”
