Manage account and user information

To view and edit your account and user information, click your account name at the top-right corner of the screen and choose Account from the pop-up menu.

Only iAd Workbench account administrators can add new users and assign permissions to current users. You can assign the following permissions:

  • Reporting: The user can view campaign settings and performance data.

  • Creation: The user can view campaign settings and performance data, make changes to campaigns, and create new campaigns.

  • Admin: The user can view campaign settings and performance data, create and change campaigns, and also add new users, assign permissions, and set up credit card payments.

Important:   Assign Creation privileges only to trustworthy users who will exercise good judgment.

Add, invite, and remove users, and change user permissions

  1. Click Users near the top-right of the Account Management screen.

  2. Do any of the following:

    • Add a new user: Click Add New User and type the user’s Apple ID.

      Note:   This option is available to app developers and News Publisher administrators only.
    • Invite a new user: Click Invite New User and type the user’s email address.

      iAd Workbench sends an email invitation, which the user must accept to complete the process.

      Note:   This option is available to iAd Workbench administrators at ad agencies only.
    • Delete a user: Click Delete next to the user.

    • Assign permissions to current users: Click , choose Edit, then select a permission for each tool listed.

  3. Click Save.

Edit your account information

Note:   Account information can be edited by administrators only.
  1. Click Edit next to your account information on the Account Management screen.

  2. Make your changes and click Save.
