iCloud: View your Family Sharing calendar
If you joined Family Sharing, a shared calendar called Family automatically appears in the Calendar app. Everyone in your family can view and update the Family calendar, so it’s a good way to keep track of events such as family camping trips and violin recitals.
Show or hide family events: Select or deselect the family calendar by clicking to the left of Family in the sidebar.
Add an event: See Create events. All family members are automatically included.
Remove an event: See Delete or hide an event.
The family organizer receives a notification on his or her Mac and iOS devices when an event is added or deleted.
All family members are automatically added to the Family calendar. They can’t be removed from the calendar except by leaving or being removed from the family.
