iCloud: If your iCloud documents and data aren’t the same everywhere
If you haven’t upgraded to iCloud Drive from iCloud Documents & Data, and your documents and data stored in iCloud aren’t the same on all your devices, you can reset iCloud Documents & Data. This process restores your documents and data stored in iCloud using documents and data from your devices. The process doesn’t delete documents or data and doesn’t affect document changes you’ve made.
If you have documents that are stored in iCloud and open on any devices set up for Documents & Data, stop editing the documents, then save and close them.
Go to Settings on iCloud.com, then click Reset Documents (in the Advanced section).
If you don’t see Reset Documents, you already upgraded to iCloud Drive and can restore recently deleted files instead. For more information, see Use iCloud Drive on iCloud.com.
Click Reset Documents and Data.
When prompted to restart your devices, restart your iOS devices set up for iCloud Documents & Data and your Mac computers set up for iCloud Documents & Data.
You can only reset Documents & Data once every 24 hours. For more information, see the Apple Support article Troubleshooting Documents in the Cloud.
