Pages for iCloud beta: If a document doesn’t appear in Pages for iCloud beta
Check the following:
Make sure your device is connected to the Internet.
Verify that your iCloud account is set up on your iOS devices, and that iCloud Drive is turned on in each device’s iCloud settings. For more information, see this Apple Support article.
Verify that your devices have iOS 8 and the latest version of Pages installed.
Verify that iCloud is turned on for the Pages app on each device where you want to access the document. Tap Settings, then Pages, then turn on iCloud.
Make sure the document isn’t in the process of being uploaded. Open Pages on your iOS device. If the document appears with an upload pending icon, it’s being uploaded. When the upload process is complete, the document should appear in Pages for iCloud beta.
Verify that your iCloud account password is correct, and that it’s updated on your iOS devices and computers.
Check your available iCloud storage space on your iOS device. Tap Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
If you need additional space, you can either purchase more, or you can delete one or more of your documents stored in iCloud. For information on how to purchase storage, go to iCloud Help.
If a Pages document created on a Mac doesn’t appear
Check the items listed in the above task, as well as the following.
Make sure your Mac is connected to the Internet.
Verify that your iCloud account is set up on your computer, and that iCloud Drive is turned on in the iCloud pane of System Preferences. For more information, see this Apple Support article.
Make sure your Mac has OS X Yosemite (v10.10) and the latest version of Pages installed.
Make sure the document isn’t in the process of being uploaded. Open Pages on your Mac, or choose File > Open if Pages is already open. If the document appears with a small iCloud icon or the word waiting next to it, it’s being uploaded. When the upload process is complete, the document should appear in Pages for iCloud beta.
Make sure the document isn’t an unsupported file type. Currently, Pages for iCloud beta supports only Pages, Microsoft Word, and TXT file types.
