OS X Mountain Lion: Select your Wi-Fi network
This article has been archived and is no longer updated by Apple.
Network Diagnostics detected the Wi-Fi networks shown in the list. Verify that the selected network is the one you want to join, and then click Continue. If it is not the network you want, select the correct network in the list, and then click Continue.
If there are no networks in the list, or you don’t see the network you expected, you may be out of range of the network, or it may be a closed network. If it is a closed network, click “Use closed network,” and then enter the name, type of wireless security, and password of the network.
If you are not sure which network to choose, contact the network administrator.
