About ECG app version availability on Apple Watch
Features in the ECG app can differ based on your country or region.
Find your version of the ECG app
Due to regulations in your country or region, ECG version 1 or ECG version 2 might not be available. Here's how you can verify which version of the ECG app you have on your Apple Watch or iPhone.
On your Apple Watch
Open the Settings app.
Tap Heart, then tap ECG.
Your ECG app version number is displayed.
On your iPhone
Open the Health app.
Tap the Browse tab, then tap Heart.
Tap ECG, then tap About.
Your ECG app version number is listed in the About section next to Feature Version.
