How to manage your AppleCare agreements

If you are using the AppleCare Agreements Tool and don't see an AppleCare agreement that you have already registered, it's possible that it was registered to another Apple ID. This article explains how to see your registered AppleCare agreements. It also explains how to contact us to help consolidate all of your registered products and agreements under a single Apple ID.

Start by registering

If you don't see the agreement you are looking for, it is possible that it was never registered. Start by trying to register.

NOTE: If you bought your Apple product and agreement at the same time from an Apple Retail Store or the Apple Online Store, the agreement was most likely auto-enrolled and is already registered.

To register an AppleCare agreement, sign in to AppleCare Agreements Tool with your preferred Apple ID. You'll need the following:

  • The AppleCare Protection Plan Registration number
  • The serial number of the Apple product to be covered by the AppleCare Protection Plan
  • A copy of the original sales receipt of your Apple hardware product and the AppleCare Protection Plan

Use the AppleCare Agreements Tool to see your registered AppleCare agreements

1. If you aren't already signed in to the AppleCare Agreements Tool with your preferred Apple ID, sign in.

2. You should see all of your registered AppleCare agreements.

3. If you see an agreement listed but the information is incorrect, click "Update Agreement Information" and you can upload proof-of-purchase information.

4. If you don't see an agreement that you have registered, it may be listed under another Apple ID.

5. Sign out and back in to the AppleCare Agreements Tool with your other Apple IDs if you know them. If you don't know if you have other Apple IDs, skip to the next section.

6. If you see an agreement listed under an Apple ID that you no longer want to use, you'll need to contact us to consolidate your products and their agreements.
