select multiple objects

An object is any item you place on a sheet, including images (photos), text boxes, shapes, tables, and charts. To select multiple objects, do one of the following:

  • Press and hold the Shift key while you click the objects.

  • Press and hold the Command key while you click the objects.

  • Click and hold an empty area of the sheet, then drag the box that appears around the objects you want to select.

Note: If you’re working with inline objects, you can only select and edit one object at a time.
