Power button (Lock Key or Touch ID)

On MacBook Neo with a Lock Key, press the Lock Key to lock your Mac. To unlock your MacBook Neo, press the Lock Key, then enter your password.

On MacBook Neo with Touch ID, use Touch ID to unlock or lock your Mac, sign into websites, or make purchases with Apple Pay.

When your Mac is shut down, you can press the power button (Lock Key or Touch ID) to turn on your Mac. (You can also press any key on your keyboard or click the trackpad to turn on your Mac.)
