Control Center
Control Center provides quick access to useful controls—including Wi-Fi, AirDrop, Sound, Displays, Focus, and more—from one location in the menu bar, so it’s easy to adjust settings as needed. Control Center also displays an orange dot next to its icon to indicate when apps are using a microphone on your Mac, and shows which apps are using it.
To open Control Center on your Mac, click in the menu bar. To customize Control Center, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Control Center in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
