Add items to a shared photo album or playlist in Apple Invites
When a host creates an event, they can set up a shared album or playlist. If you have an Apple Account and RSVP to the event, you can add your own photos, videos, and songs.
Note: To add songs to a shared playlist, you need an Apple Music subscription and an Apple Music profile. See Subscribe to Apple Music and Create an Apple Music profile in the iPhone User Guide.
Add items to a shared album or playlist in the app
Go to the Apple Invites app
on your iPhone.
Tap an event.
Do any of the following:
Add photos: Tap Add Photos, select a photo or video in your photo library, tap Add, then tap Post.
Tip: To more easily find photos or videos, use the search field at the top, or tap
in the bottom-left corner to sort or filter your library.
Add music: Tap Add Music, search for music to add, then tap
.

Go to icloud.com/invites, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select an event.
Do any of the following:
Add photos: Select Add Photos, select
, then choose an option.
Add music: Select Add Music, search for music to add, then select
.
Note: Children under 13 can’t add to a shared playlist (age varies by country or region). Not all features are available in all countries or regions.
