Set the colour temperature of your display on your Mac
Use Night Shift to adjust the colour temperature of your display to best suit your environment. Warmer screen colours are easier on your eyes when you use your Mac at night or in low-light conditions, while less warm screen colours are better to use in a bright space.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu
> System Settings, then click Displaysin the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
Click Night Shift, then drag the slider to change the colour temperature Night Shift uses.
