Check if films and TV programmes have accessibility features in the Apple TV app
Films and TV shows with accessibility features are labelled with AD for audio description, CC for closed captions and SDH for subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing.
On your iPhone or iPad
Open the Apple TV app.
Tap Search and enter the name of a film or TV programme.
Tap the film or TV programme to go to its description page.
Check for closed captions (CC), subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing (SDH) or audio description (AD).

On your Mac or on the web
Open the Apple TV app or go to tv.apple.com.
Use the search bar to find a film or TV programme.
Click a film or TV programme to go to its description page.

Accessibility features in the Apple TV app
Accessibility features that are available in the Apple TV app include closed captions, subtitles and audio descriptions. Availability of these features varies by country or region.
Closed-captions (CC) content is a visual transcription of a video's dialogue, as well as any non-verbal communication. CC content may also help identify the speaker in a video.
Subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing (SDH) content is similar to closed captions, but SDH content may be available in some situations where CC is not, and may be available in additional languages.
Audio-described (AD) content uses a spoken audio track to describe what's happening onscreen.
