After updating to iPadOS 17.4, the iPad models listed below may be unable to scan QR codes using the Camera app or third-party apps that use the camera. Identify your iPad model.

iPad (6th Generation)
iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2nd Generation)
iPad Pro 10.5-inch
If you are unable to use the Camera app to scan a QR code, you can use the Code Scanner from Control Centre instead.
