How to send your Beats Studio Buds and charging case to Apple for repair from the United States and Canada
Here's how you send your Beats Studio Buds and charging case to Apple for service.
Need a different country or region?
After you’ve contacted Apple for a service, you’ll receive a kit that contains everything you need to return your product to Apple.
Important: Make sure you return your product so Apple receives it within 10 days of the day your replacement product was sent to you by Apple (check your dispatch date). If Apple doesn't receive your original product within 10 days, or if Apple technicians find that your issue was caused by accidental damage or unauthorised modifications, you'll be charged up to the full value of the replacement product. For more details, see ERS terms and conditions for service covered by Apple's Limited Warranty or an AppleCare plan or ERS terms and conditions for out-of-warranty service.
Pack your earbuds and charging case
Put each of your Beats Studio earbuds into a separate small plastic bag and fold down the flaps to seal the bags. Don't include any accessories with your earbuds (such as your ear tips or charging cable). If you include extra items in the box, we won't be able to return them to you.
Place each of your bagged earbuds into one of the smaller holes in the product tray.
Place your charging case into the large plastic bag and fold down the flap to seal it.
Place your bagged charging case into the large hole in the product tray.
Close the lid of the box.
Peel off the protective tape and place it on the box as shown.*
Place the battery sticker on the bottom of the brown box. Do not cover it with the tape or wrap it around the side of the box.
Remove the top label from the delivery box. This is your receipt. Make sure the return shipping label remains on the box.
*Apple is not responsible for any damage sustained during delivery.

1. An estimate as required (section 9844 of the California Business and Professions Code) for repairs shall be given to the customer by the service dealer in writing, and the service dealer cannot charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without prior consent of the customer. Where provided in writing, the service dealer may charge a reasonable fee for services provided in determining the nature of the malfunction in preparation of a written estimate for repair. 2. A buyer of this product in California has the right to have this product serviced or repaired during the warranty period. The warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that the product has been out of the buyer’s hands for warranty repairs. If a defect exists within the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the defect has been repaired.
The warranty period will also be extended if the warranty repairs have not been performed due to delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of the buyer, or if the warranty repairs did not remedy the defect and the buyer notifies the manufacturer or seller of the failure of the repairs within 60 days of them being completed.
If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the defect has not been repaired, the buyer may return this product for a replacement or a refund subject, in either case, to deduction of a reasonable charge for usage.
