Update app metadata
App developers can add an .itmsp package that contains only the metadata without any accompanying assets. This could save upload time if you are just changing a metadata field and not changing the binary file. To learn how to do a metadata lookup for your app to retrieve the most recent metadata, see Use metadata lookup mode in the Transporter User Guide.
Update metadata for an app
Verify your provider name in the Transporter window.
If you are an encoding house and can deliver content for more than one provider, the All Providers pop-up menu appears. Click the All Providers pop-up menu to filter by provider name.
Do one of the following:
Choose File > Add Package, select the .itmsp package file that contains your app metadata, then click Open.
Click
, select the .itmsp package file that contains your app metadata, then click Open.Drag and drop the .itmsp package file that contains your app metadata into the Transporter window.
Click Deliver.
