Mac OS X v10.6.7 and later: Install NVIDIA update if your Mac uses NVIDIA Quadro 4000 graphics

On Macs that use NVIDIA Quadro 4000 graphics, certain issues may occur after installing the Mac OS X v10.6.7 or later updates:

  • Difficulty using a secondary display
  • General performance issues
  • Issues when recording video from the display
  • Issues when scrolling

Download and install the Quadro Mac OS X Driver Release 256 (or later) from NVIDIA.
