Reset your Apple ID security questions

Go to the Apple ID website, sign in, then click Change Questions in the Security section. Click “Reset your security questions” at the bottom of the security questions window. An email is sent to your rescue email address. Follow the steps in the email to set up new questions.

If you don’t see the link to reset your questions, you don’t have a rescue email address set up, and you need to contact Apple Support for help.
