Go to the Apple ID website, sign in, then click Edit in the Account Section. Click Change Email Address, then follow the onscreen instructions.
If you forgot your Apple ID, go to appleID.apple.com, then click “Forgot Apple ID or password?” Enter your Apple ID, click Continue, then click “Forgot Apple ID?”
Make sure to update the features and services that require your Apple ID.
