If the merchant hasn't started processing your order

You'll be able to cancel your loan if the merchant hasn't started processing your order.

We'll cancel your loan, and any future processing requests from the merchant will be declined. This action can't be undone.

If the merchant has started processing your order

When a merchant starts processing your order, they'll place an authorization on the loan.

If the merchant has begun processing your entire order or part of your order and there's an authorization, we're unable to cancel the authorized amount until the authorization expires.

An Apple Pay Later Specialist can provide the date by when the authorization is expected to expire and you can contact us at that time to cancel your loan. Expiration usually takes between 7 to 30 days.

When you cancel a loan or reduce part of your loan, any future processing requests for that amount will be declined. This action can't be undone.
