If your account is restricted

If your Apple Pay Later account is restricted you won't be able to make new purchases using Apple Pay Later. You can still make payments on your existing loans.

If your account is restricted because of suspected fraud, contact an Apple Pay Later Specialist. They’ll work with you to verify your identity and try to remove the restriction from your account.

If your account is locked

There's a variety of reasons that your Apple Pay Later account may be locked. This means that you can't be approved for new Apple Pay Later loans and you aren't able to make payments. Contact an Apple Pay Later Specialist to see what can be done.
