If network user accounts don’t receive profile setting updates

macOS network user accounts that use Mobile Device Management might not receive configuration profile setting updates while they’re logged in.

When an administrator updates configuration profile settings for users or groups, some network user accounts might not immediately receive them. This might happen for network user accounts that are logged in to macOS clients when the settings are updated.

To receive the updated configuration profile, users can log out of their network user account and log back in. Or, they can restart the macOS client.
