Find your Exchange Device ID

If you need help using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, Exchange administrators might need your Exchange Device ID.

     

To find your Exchange Device ID, follow these steps.

iOS 11 and later

  1. Tap Settings > Accounts & Passwords.
  2. Select Add Account. 
  3. Choose Exchange from the list. Your Exchange Device ID is at the bottom of your screen.

iOS 10.3.3 and earlier

  1. Tap Settings > Mail > Accounts.
  2. Select Add Account. 
  3. Choose Exchange from the list. Your Exchange Device ID is at the bottom of your screen.

Your device preserves your Exchange Device ID during iOS updates. If you restore your device to factory settings, it creates a new Exchange Device ID.
