Get started with iCloud Photo Library:

  1. Open iCloud for Windows.
  2. Next to Photos, click Options.
  3. Select iCloud Photo Library.
  4. Click Done, then click Apply.

You can manage and delete your photos and videos from the Photos app of your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac, and on iCloud.com.
