If your automatic profile push doesn‘t work on macOS Server

If you try to automatically push profiles that need user interaction to a device enrolled in Profile Manager, your installation might not work.

You can't install a profile that needs user interaction, like a passphrase or code, through push. This type of profile must be installed manually. 

To manually install the profile, you can download it from the Profile Manager self service user portal, or you can email it to an enrolled device. When the user with the enrolled device receives the email, they can tap on the attachment to install the profile.
