If you can‘t order a book from Aperture 3

When you click the Place Order button in Aperture, the button might turn white. If this happens your book order doesn't go through.

Try these steps to resolve the issue:

Delete the NetServices Keychain item.

  1. Quit Aperture if it is open.
  2. In the Finder, choose Go > Utilities.
  3. Double-click the Keychain Access application in the Utilities folder.
  4. Click Passwords in the Category list on the left side of the window.
  5. Click the NetServices item in the main window and press the delete key to remove it.
  6. Open Aperture and test. 

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, turn on Express Checkout.

Turn on Express Checkout

  1. Quit Aperture.
  2. Go to the Apple Online Store.
  3. From the Account menu to the left of the Cart icon, choose "View Account." 
  4. In the Account Settings section, click "Update Express Checkout settings."
  5. Log in to your account with your Apple ID and password.
  6. Turn on Express Checkout. 
  7. Open Aperture and try to place your order again.

If Express Checkout is already turned on, reset your Apple ID password.
