To resolve this issue:
- Open Safari.
- From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose Safari > Preferences.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Choose an option other than "Always block" to the right of "Cookies and website data."
The default option for Safari is to "Allow from websites I visit." This setting is recommended.
If you want to block cookies temporarily when you visit certain websites, use Private Browsing windows in Safari.
If you reset Safari, or remove cookies that iTunes uses from Safari preferences, iTunes might ask for your Apple ID the next time that you open the program.
