If Apple Business asks you to approve new Terms and Conditions
From time to time, Terms and Conditions for Apple Business may change. These changes may coincide with major operating system releases. When this happens, an Organization Administrator needs to sign in to https://business.apple.com to review and agree to the updated Apple Business Terms of Service and any other applicable agreements, which may include:
AppleCare+ for Business
macOS Software License Agreement
iOS and iPadOS Software License Agreement
visionOS Software License Agreement
tvOS Software License Agreement
About Organization Administrators
Organization Administrators can accept Terms and Conditions on behalf of the organization. An organization can have up to ten Organization Administrators.
Accepting updated agreements
After Apple updates one of these agreements, an Apple Business Organization Administrator may sign in to https://business.apple.com to accept any new agreements. To ensure uninterrupted access to Apple Business for their organization, they can agree to the terms immediately or defer until the acceptance deadline. Until an Organization Administrator agrees, they will be prompted to review and agree to the terms through email and banner reminders.
All Apple Business users will be informed that their Organization Administrator needs to agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
After the acceptance deadline
If an Organization Administrator doesn’t accept the Terms and Conditions by the acceptance deadline, devices assigned to a device management service aren't affected. If you erase all content and settings on a device, the device is still assigned to the same device management service and the same settings are applied when the device is set up again.
Ads campaigns continue to run and Ads Administrators can continue to sign in and manage their existing campaigns.
The following conditions apply until the new agreements are accepted:
Organization Administrators will be blocked from signing in and will be required to accept the applicable Terms and Conditions in order to regain access.
Users with other administrative permissions (such as IT Administrator, Marketing Administrator, or People Manager) will be able to sign in and will have limited access until an Organization Administrator accepts the applicable Terms and Conditions.
