Check your AppleCare plan coverage

  1. Sign in to My Support with your Apple ID and password.
  2. Select the device that has an AppleCare plan. This will take you to the product details page.

If your device has an AppleCare plan, you can view or print the proof of coverage. Click View Proof of Coverage. You can email yourself the proof of coverage or view it online. To email it, click Email me. You should receive the email shortly. You can also print the proof of coverage from the email.

To view your proof of coverage online, you need to set up your Apple ID with two-factor authentication. When two-factor authentication is on, you should be able to see your proof of coverage right away. If you don’t see all of your Apple devices listed, you can add a device to your Apple ID device list.

If the information is incorrect or you don't see your AppleCare plan, learn what to do.
