How to import iCal calendars from Microsoft Entourage
Learn how to import calendars into iCal from Microsoft Entourage.
Open iCal.
Choose Import from the File menu.
Click "Import Entourage Data" to enable that option.
Click Import.
Tip: Importing large calendar files with many recurring events may take an hour or more. As iCal imports the file, a spinning disc cursor appears, which means you should wait. Once the file has been imported, the cursor changes back to a pointer, and you can use iCal's other features.
iCal does not import Entourage's holidays, because holiday files are already included with iCal. Entourage tasks are imported as "to do" items.
