If your Final Cut Pro for iPad or Logic Pro for iPad subscription is no longer active
When you start an Apple Creator Studio subscription, your Final Cut Pro for iPad or Logic Pro for iPad subscription no longer renews automatically.
How your standalone subscription changes depends on whether you’re a single subscriber or you’re sharing the subscriptions with family members.
Single Subscriber
When you subscribe to Apple Creator Studio, your existing standalone subscription won’t auto-renew, which prevents double-billing. You can request a prorated refund for the remainder of the standalone Final Cut Pro for iPad or Logic Pro for iPad subscription.
If you decide you don’t want Apple Creator Studio, you can reactivate your standalone subscription:
Cancel Apple Creator Studio, then wait for the subscription to expire.
Go to the Settings app on your device.
Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Tap the expired subscription, then tap Renew.
Family Sharing
How the standalone subscription auto-renews depends on who in the family group subscribes to Apple Creator Studio:
If the same family member who subscribed to Final Cut Pro for iPad or Logic Pro for iPad starts a Apple Creator Studio subscription, the existing standalone subscription won’t auto-renew. You can request a prorated refund for the remainder of the standalone Final Cut Pro for iPad or Logic Pro for iPad subscription.
If a different family member subscribes to Apple Creator Studio, then all subscriptions are shared with the family group until the standalone subscription auto-renewal date, at which point the standalone subscription will expire.
