Use Live Translation with the Messages app

Scroll down and tap to turn on Automatically Translate. Messages might detect the language used in the conversation and suggest it for translation. Or, tap Choose Other Language to select one yourself.
Tap to choose the language to translate from. It downloads if it's not already installed, which might take a few minutes.
Tap to go back to your message, and enter a message to start the translation. The translation appears as you type. When you tap send, the other person receives the translation as well as your original message. Messages you receive are translated from your preferred language as well.
