How to send your ZEISS Optical Inserts in for replacement
Prepare your ZEISS Optical Inserts for packing and shipping.
If you are returning your ZEISS Optical Inserts to Apple, make sure that you only return the ZEISS Optical Inserts — do not return the pairing code that came with your packaging. Keep your pairing code in a safe place.*
* If your ZEISS Optical Inserts are replaced and you get a new set of ZEISS Optical Inserts, discard your old pairing code and use the pairing code that comes with your new ZEISS Optical Inserts.
Prepare your ZEISS Optical Inserts
Place your Apple Vision Pro inside its cover and set it on a level surface.
With your thumb on the bottom edge of the frame, use the white finger scoop at the top of the frame to pull the ZEISS Optical Insert outwards away from the display.
Slide the ZEISS Optical Insert into one of the compartments of the provided bag.
Repeat for the second ZEISS Optical Insert, sliding it into the other compartment of the bag.
Seal the bag with the adhesive strip and place the bag inside the padded mailer.
Seal the mailer and mail it to Apple.**

Ship your ZEISS Optical Inserts to Apple
Find the name of the courier on the return shipping label.
Visit the courier’s website to schedule a pickup or find a drop-off location.
Get a receipt from the courier.
Warranty coverage for ZEISS Optical Insert replacements is provided by ZEISS. Neither Apple nor AppleCare+ provide repair or replacement services, including but not limited to accidental damage protection, for your ZEISS Optical Inserts.
