How to cancel Apple TV on the web

  1. Go to tv.apple.com.

  2. Choose Sign In at the top of the page. If you don't see Sign In, skip this step.

  3. Choose the account iconNo alt supplied for Image at the top of the page.

  4. Choose Settings.

  5. Scroll to Subscriptions and choose Manage.

  6. Choose Cancel Subscription.

If you can't cancel your Apple TV subscription on the web

If you can't cancel your subscription at tv.apple.com, cancel your subscription in Settings.

If you pay for Apple TV through Google Play

If you pay for Apple TV through Google Play, you can cancel your subscription only in the Apple TV app on your Android device or at play.google.com.

If you pay for Apple TV through Amazon

If you pay for Apple TV through Amazon, you can cancel your subscription only through Amazon.
