Apple Service and Repair for Mac Desktops
Let's get your Mac back to working the way it should. If you have AppleCare, select that below for additional service options.

We’re here to help.
To get started, tell us what’s going on with your Mac. We’ll show you solutions you can try, or help you arrange a repair or replacement.
What’s the repair process and cost?
In order to identify what’s going on with your Mac, our technicians will run diagnostic tests and check which parts may need to be repaired. If repairs are needed, they’ll provide an estimated turnaround time and any associated costs based on the issue and your warranty status.

Where can I get a service?

In Person
You can get personal support at any Genius Bar or Apple Authorised Service Provider. Our trained technicians will inspect your Mac, explain your options and handle it from there.
Why choose Apple?

Itʼs easy.
Apple provides a seamless support experience from beginning to end. We can help you find the most convenient service option, give you an estimate and keep you informed during the entire process.

It’s private.
Apple cares about your privacy, and we design our products to minimise how much of your data we – or anyone else – can access, including our expert technicians.

It’s backed by Apple.
Apple-certified service is guaranteed, and our trusted experts only use genuine Apple parts – designed, tested and manufactured for Apple’s safety and performance standards.

Where can I find information about my repairs?
You can sign in to My Support or the Apple Support app with your Apple Account to get information about current or recent repairs.
What's covered under warranty?
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your device and all of the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories that are purchased separately, like adapters, cables, wireless chargers or cases, are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law in your country or region.
Our warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage or batteries that wear down from normal use. If your situation isn’t covered and consumer law doesn’t apply, there will be a cost associated with repairs through Apple. If your issue is ineligible for a service, you may need to pay the full value for a replacement device. Check your coverage status here.
Is there a service guarantee?
We guarantee our service and replacement parts for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty, whichever is longer, as outlined in our Apple Repair Terms and Conditions. This is in addition to your rights provided by consumer law or an active AppleCare plan where it applies. Equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
