Turn off Screen Time on your Mac
If you no longer want to track your app and device usage on your Mac, you can turn off App & Website Activity in Screen Time settings. You can turn it off for yourself or for a child you manage.
Turn off App & Website Activity for yourself
- Go to the System Settings app  on your Mac. on your Mac.
- Click Screen Time  in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
- If you’re using Family Sharing, click the Family Member pop-up menu, then choose yourself. 
- Scroll down, then turn off App & Website Activity. - After you turn it off, you can no longer track your app and device usage, notifications or pickups, or set up downtime or app limits. 
Turn off App & Website Activity for a child
- Go to the System Settings app  on your Mac. on your Mac.
- Click Screen Time  in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
- Click the Family Member pop-up menu, then choose a family member. - If you don’t see the Family Member pop-up menu, make sure you’re sign in to your Apple Account and using Family Sharing. 
- Scroll down, click Manage Screen Time, then turn off App & Website Activity. - After you turn it off, you can no longer track your child’s app and device usage, notifications or pickups, or set up downtime or app limits. - Tip: If you no longer want access to your child’s Screen Time settings, turn off Screen Time Family Sharing.
