Share a contact in Contacts on Mac
You can share your contact card or another person’s contact card as a vCard file (.vcf) so that others can add it to their list of contacts. You can share cards by email, text or another method.
Note: If you don’t want to share notes or photos in contact cards, choose Contacts > Preferences, click vCard, then deselect the “Export notes” and “Export photos” tickboxes.
In the Contacts app on your Mac, select your card or another contact card.
Click the Share button in the bottom-right corner of the window (or use the Touch Bar).
Choose how to share the card — for example, in an email or note, or by AirDrop.
If you made your card private in Contacts vCard preferences, fields you opted not to share are not included when you share your card.
