Track orders and purchases in Apple Wallet

When you make a purchase from a participating app or website on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, you can track your order in the Wallet app on your iPhone.

Track orders in Apple Wallet

You can use Order Tracking in the Wallet app to:

  • View order status, an estimated arrival, or any issues with your order

  • If available, view your order details and delivery tracking links

  • Contact the merchant directly from the Wallet app

When you make a purchase, you can track eligible orders in the Wallet app from your iPhone:

  • Automatically: track orders for select Apple Pay purchases made on devices with iOS 16, iPadOS 16, macOS 13 or later.

  • Manually: tap the Track with Apple Wallet button on the order confirmation screen in apps with iOS 17, iPadOS 17 or on the web with devices using iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or macOS Sonoma.

  • In Mail: Track orders in the Mail app on Apple Intelligence supported devices with iOS 26 or later.

To view orders placed on your other devices, you must be signed in with the same Apple Account.

Track Apple Pay purchases and orders in Apple Wallet

  1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.

  2. Tap the Orders button, then tap an order to see more details.

  3. For more information or help:

    • If available, tap Manage Order to visit the merchant's website.

    • If available, tap Email This Merchant to contact the merchant.

    • Tap the emails listed under Related Email to view email details.

    • Track your order on the delivery company's website.

You can also tap a recent transaction to see its Order Tracking details.

  1. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.

  2. tap your credit or debit card.

  3. Then tap a recent transaction.

Order Tracking might not be available on all orders. It could be dependent on the merchant, or if details of your order are found in Mail or Photos.

Track purchases and orders in Mail

You can also track purchases and orders in the Mail app using Apple Intelligence.

  1. Open Settings and tap Wallet & Apple Pay.

  2. Tap Order Tracking and make sure Mail is toggled on.

  3. In your order-related email, tap Track. You might be prompted to tap Allow.

If there’s a problem with your Order Tracking information

The Wallet app displays information provided by the merchant. If the information that you see in the Wallet app isn’t what you expect, or if you have a question about your order, order details or receipt details, contact the merchant for more information.
