Use a Windows PC to cancel subscriptions from Apple

If you don't have an Apple device, you can still cancel subscriptions from Apple on a Windows PC.

Use iTunes to cancel most subscriptions

  1. On your PC, open iTunes. If you don't have iTunes, download iTunes for Windows.
  2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account, then choose View My Account. You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Click View Account.
  4. Scroll to the Settings section. Next to Subscriptions, click Manage.
  5. Click Edit next to the subscription you want. Can't see the subscription you're looking for?
  6. Click Cancel Subscription. If you can't see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription has already been cancelled and won't be renewed.

Use iCloud for Windows to cancel iCloud storage

  1. On your PC, open iCloud for Windows. If you don't have iCloud for Windows, download iCloud for Windows.
  2. Click Storage.
  3. Click Change Storage Plan.
  4. Click Downgrade Options.
  5. Enter your Apple ID password, then click Manage.
  6. Choose a free plan.
  7. Click Done.
