If you can’t see your discounted subscription pricing offer
If you experience an issue with seeing a discounted price when you subscribe to an app or service through the App Store, try following these steps.
Make sure that you're eligible
An app developer may offer a discounted subscription that requires you to be subscribed to something else in order to receive that discount. Make sure you meet all of the conditions for the discounted subscription price, as defined by the app developer. Offers may only be available for a limited time. To make sure the device or subscription you’re trying to purchase qualifies for the offer, read the terms and conditions.

If you use Family Sharing
Subscriptions shared from other members of your Family Sharing group don’t make you eligible to see the discounted price of an offer at the time of purchase. The same individual must subscribe to both subscriptions in order to receive the discounted pricing.
If you already receive a discounted price
You’ll always only see the lowest price available to you, even if you’re eligible for multiple discounts on the same subscription.
Update the software on your device
If you still can’t see your discounted subscription pricing offer, update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, or tvOS. Then try to subscribe again.
Why did my subscription price go up?
If you cancel another subscription that was required to receive a discount, your discounted subscription will renew at full price. If you request a refund on a subscription that was required to receive a discount, re-subscribe to the dependent subscription at the full price before it expires in order to not lose access to any content. You can check if you’re receiving any discounts from a subscription before cancelling in Settings.
If the developer increases the price of their subscription for everybody, you’ll be notified before it occurs.
