Where can I get Apple-certified repairs?
You can get Apple-certified repairs and service at one of our Apple Authorized Service Providers. The technicians at all these locations receive Apple training. They deliver the same high-quality service with genuine Apple parts. The repairs are backed by Apple.
How long will it take?
Many of our Apple Authorized Service Providers offer same-day service for some repairs, such as screen repair. If your technician needs to send your iPhone to an Apple Repair Center, you'll be notified when it's ready for pickup.
How much will it cost?
After examining your iPhone, your technician will confirm the total costs for repair or replacement. In some cases, a repair might be covered by the Apple warranty or consumer law.
You can get your cracked iPhone screen replaced at one of our Apple Authorized Service Providers.
All of these locations use genuine Apple parts and precision equipment to ensure that your screen works like new after it's repaired. Some locations offer same-day service.
You can get your iPhone battery replaced at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Our authorized locations use genuine Apple parts.
The Apple Limited Warranty covers a battery that fails from a defect in manufacturing, but it doesn't cover batteries that wear out from normal use. The cost to replace a battery depends on your iPhone model and if the issue is covered by warranty or consumer law.
Other iPhone repairs
Do you need a repair for other issues like the Home button, liquid damage, or an accessory?
- If your iPhone issue is covered by the Apple warranty or consumer law, there's no charge. This does not include accidental damage, which requires a fee.
- If your iPhone was damaged, your repair fee will vary, depending on the repair. Apple Authorized Service Providers set their own fees, so ask for an estimate.

Before you get service for your iPhone, you'll need to take a few steps to protect your data, such as making a backup and turning off Find My iPhone.
Can I buy additional coverage for my iPhone?
AppleCare+ for iPhone extends your technical support and hardware coverage up to two years from your AppleCare+ purchase date. It also includes up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage. Each incident has a service fee. If you didn't buy AppleCare+ with your iPhone, you can buy it within 60 days of your purchase.
You may also have consumer law rights. Our warranty and AppleCare+ benefits are in addition to your rights under consumer law.
Screen repair and accidental damage fees with AppleCare+
AppleCare+ includes two incidents of accidental damage coverage. You can use an incident for screen repair or for other damage to your iPhone. Each incident has a service fee, as shown. The following prices are for Apple screen repairs with AppleCare+ accidental damage coverage.

Repairs are considered out of warranty when:
- Your iPhone is over one year old and its warranty term has expired
- Your iPhone gets damaged while it's still under warranty and you don't have AppleCare+ coverage.
- Your iPhone has another issue that’s not covered under warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law
The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
Your product warranty
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your iPhone and Apple-branded accessories against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought your product. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. See the warranty for complete details. You can check your coverage status online and update your proof-of-purchase information if there's an error in our records. If our warranty or consumer law don't cover your repair, you'll pay out-of-warranty fees.
Your country or region might have consumer-protection laws for some repair issues.
Our guarantee after service
We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty coverage, whichever is longer. We offer this whenever you get service from us or from an Apple Authorized Service Provider. This is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
