Access your Apple Arcade gameplay data on all of your devices

You can use iCloud and Game Center to keep your progress, high scores, and game saves up-to-date across your devices.

If you're signed in to the same iCloud and Game Center accounts and download Apple Arcade games from the App Store on all of your devices, you can access your game saves and progress on all of them.

If you don't see your gameplay data on a device

If you can access your gameplay data on one device but not on another, you might need to check your settings. Make sure that you have an iPhone or iPod touch with the latest version of iOS, an iPad with the latest version of iPadOS, a Mac with the latest version of macOS, or an Apple TV with the latest version of tvOS.

Check your settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Make sure that you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID that you use on your other devices.

  2. Make sure that you're signed in to Game Center with the same Apple ID that you use on your other devices. Go to Settings > Game Center to see the Apple ID that you're using with Game Center.

If you still don’t see your data and you were playing on a different device, check your settings on that device.

Check your settings on your Mac

If you share your Mac with someone else, make sure that you're logged in to your Mac with your own user account, not someone else's account. Then make sure that you're signed in to the same iCloud and Game Center accounts that you use with Apple Arcade. If you share your Mac with other Apple Arcade users, they should do the same, using their own Mac user account, iCloud, and Game Center accounts.

If you still don’t see your data and you were playing on a different device, check your settings on that device.

Check your settings on your Apple TV

If you share your Apple TV with someone else, switch to your account before you play your Apple Arcade game.

If you still don’t see your data and you were playing on a different device, check your settings on that device.

If you cancel Apple Arcade

If you cancel your subscription to Apple Arcade for any reason, you can resubscribe and still access your gameplay data. If you wait too long, some of your game saves might not be supported by the time you resubscribe.

If you're not an Apple Arcade subscriber, you won't be able to play any Apple Arcade games, even if you downloaded them to your device. Delete the apps if you don't need them anymore, or resubscribe to keep playing.
